The Otago Rugby Football Union is the governing body of rugby union in the region of Otago in the South Island of New Zealand.
The senior representative team will play in the Air New Zealand Cup for the 2006 season, playing previously in the National Provincial Championship since 1976. The team jersey is blue with a yellow collar. They play their home matches at Carisbrook in Dunedin, which also serves as the headquaters of the union.
Players from Otago are eligible to play for Super 14 side, the Highlanders. Players from the union also make the core of the Highlanders team.
