Tratos
Tratos was the leader of The Forgotten. He originally helped Kane by translating the Tacitus before being rescued by GDI Forces. After his rescue he began to work with GDI to find a way to stop the spread of tiberium and reverse the harmful effects it has had on the planet. Tratos developed an experimental cure for Tiberium poisoning at the end of , but the serum proved ineffective. In , Tratos was assassinated on CABAL's orders, who saw him as a threat, being the only other sentient capable of translating the Tacitus. His assassination caused massive fallout between GDI forces and The Forgotten. The assassination of Tratos also caused riots to break out between civilians and shiners living near a generic food farm. Following Trato's assassination the Daedalus team proposed activating CABAL to translate the Tacitus.
Tratos was played by Christopher Winfield in Tiberian Sun. Patrick Bauchau portrays Tratos in Tiberian Sun: Firestorm.
Umagon
Umagon is a member of The Forgotten, and was the first mutant that GDI forces made contact with in Tiberian Sun. She struck a deal with GDI commander McNeil to help get Tratos out of a Nod human research facility. Shortly afterwards she and McNeil began working together to stop Nod. She was captured at the end of Tiberian Sun and injected with a tiberium treatment in an effort to grant her Divination, but McNeil rescued her during the GDI assault on Cairo. Umagon was given an experimental treatment developed by Tratos for the reversal of her tiberium injection; at first the treatment did appear to work, but in Tiberian Sun: Firestorm it was revealed to have been ineffective. Umagon shortly thereafter suffered intense psychosis and had to be confined to a straitjacket in a padded cell inside Tratos's sanctuary. Although it is not explicitly stated in Tiberian Sun: Firestorm it is assumed that she died soon afterward.Umagon is portrayed by Christine Steel. In Tiberian Sun: Firestorm, she is portrayed by Veronica Becerra (according to the instruction manual).
Ghost Stalker
Ghost Stalker is a mutant infantry unit and sometime member of The Forgotten in Tiberian Sun, although he sides with the GDI in multiplayer games. He carries a railgun and C-4 explosives. It is unknown how Ghost Stalker obtained his name nor any background info on this character. All is known is that he's a Forgotten Commando that sided with GDI.Mutant Hijacker
A member of The Forgotten, the mutant hijacker was the fastest infantry unit in Tiberian Sun. The hijacker carried no weapon, but possessed the ability to hijack enemy vehicles, converting them to his side. A mutant hijacker would remain in a vehicle until it is destroyed, and when that occurred, the hijacker returned to the battlefield, ready to commandeer another vehicle. In the campaign, the unit was playable in GDI missions, but in skirmish and multiplayer the unit could only be created by Nod forces. Like the Ghost Stalker, there is no background on who the hijacker is(the reason for this is that you could only train one hijacker per game, although this might be done purely for balance reasons). With a hijacker, one can control 2 Mammoth MKII(in theory) by constructing one and then taking control of another. However, the former and latter must be done in this order or the program will count the hijacked Mammoth MKII as the one the player built.
