Otocryptis beddomii

The Indian Kangaroo Lizard is a species of agamid lizard found in S India (Thenmala in Kerala; Western Ghats; previously reported from Sivagiri Ghats, Cardamom Hills) The species is named after Richard Henry Beddome, 1830-1911, British army officer and botanist. Type locality: Sivagiri Ghat, South India.
