Ousmane Cisse is a professional Basketball player from Mali that plays in Israel.

Ousmane Cisse studied at Montgomery, AL and after graduting he was signed up to the 2001 NBA Draft and was selcted as a 47th pickoverall by the Denver Nuggets.

After only afew games in the NBA, playing for the Orlando Magic he moved to play in the minor basketball leagues in the United States.

Then he decided moving to Europe and signed with the Beni HaSharon team from Isreal.
