Overkill is the second album recorded by Motörhead in 1979. It is also the first one they recorded for Bronze Records. It peaked at number 24 on the UK charts. The album is considered to be a classic among Motörhead fans (and many others) with songs like "Overkill", "Stay Clean", "Metropolis" and "No Class" are still very popular. In fact, on the tours in 2002, 2003 and 2004, Motorhead have consistently played "Overkill", "Stay Clean", "Metropolis", "No Class", and "Damage Case", much to the delight of their fans.
