The Oxford Centre for Mission Studies (OCMS) is located in St Philip and St James Church on Woodstock Road, Oxford, England. It was established in 1983.

SS Philip and James (also colloquially known as "Pip and Jim") is a Victorian Gothic church, originally consecrated on 8 May 1862 as part of the establishment of the suburb of North Oxford.
