The Oxford Exchange, is a 725,000 square foot retail complex under construction in Oxford, Alabama, set to start opening in late July 2006. It will feature two big-box stores (Target and Home Depot) and 20-30 smaller stores and restaurants, all directly accessible from the outside. It is located off Morgan Rd. (also known in the Anniston area as the Eastern Bypass) southest of Exit 188 on I-20. Other stores moving in include PetSmart, Best Buy, Hobby Lobby, Shoe Canival, Old Navy, TJMaxx, and others.
