Oz Garcia

Oz Garcia is a nutritional counselor and life extension specialist, businessman, and author.

Garcia is CEO of the health and well-being consulting firm Personal Best Inc. which specializes in progressive nutrition and anti-aging treatments. Oz is also the founder of The Longevity Lounge, a clinical destination.

He is also the author of The Balance and The Healthy HighTech Body, updated and released as Look and Feel Fabulous Forever (January, 2003). Both books are published by HarpReganBooks/HarperCollins.
