Ozzy & Drix is an animated television series for kids, based on the Warner Bros. movie Osmosis Jones. It takes place inside the body of teenager Hector Cruz (In the first episode, the heroes are taken out of Frank and transported to Hector through a Mosquito). The episodes are based around Osmosis "Ozzy" Jones, a white blood cell with a street-smart attitude, and his intelligent cold-capsule partner Drix, who try to rid Hector's body of many deadly germs and viruses. The series first aired in September 2002 on the Kids WB channel and now appears on Cartoon Network. A second series aired 11 months later.

Main Characters
- Osmosis "Ozzy" Jones (Phil LaMarr) - a white blood cell with a dark sense of humor. He works as a private-eye in the city of Hector. He gets help from a cold pill sidekick named Drix. He also has a small crush on maria amino
- Drixobensometaphedrian "Drix" (Jeff Bennett) - a cold pill that is partnered with Ozzy at the private eye (Inside Hector's left retina ("prime real estate")), and also helps Ozzy to get rid of germs and viruses. His right arm is a multi-launcher which launches various chemical containers stored in his torso. The right arm also contains a phone, and other gadgets.
- Maria Amino (Tasia Valenza) - a white blood cell and a cop of hector, usually she gets to the scene of the crime before ozzy and ozzy ruins her plan or trap.. she has a crush on driz.
- Mayor Spryman (Alanna Ubach) - a boy who happens to be the mayor of the city of Hector. He hates Jones, because Jones is the bad cop at the city of Hector.
- Ellen Patella (Vivica A. Fox) - an attorney-at-law who helps new cells find their place in Hector. Ozzy appears to have a crush on her. She was a recurring character in the first few episodes, but was pushed into the background.
- Chief Gluteus (Jim Cummings) - the Chief of the city of Hector.
- Hector Cruz (Justin Cowden) - the teenager that the show revolves around. He likes girls and listening to music.
- the mole (unknown) - he is useless at escape acts, whenever he escapes he always injuries himself, he is the main supplier of information and gadgets/chemicals that ozzy and driz dont have, he also has a secret adrenaline supply.
Germs, Viruses and Villains
- Ernest Strepfinger (Brad Garrett) - a powerful germ with several evil plots to make Hector sick. He has a large gang of germs and viruses to do his dirty work. In "Strepfinger", Strepfinger is planning to make Hector have phlegm, but in the end, he falls down from his hideout along with his pet. In "Ozzy Jr.", Strepfinger returns, but this times he has an eye patch on his right eye and his pet has an eye patch, too. He plans to infect Hector with bacteria. In "Lights Out", he plans to wipe out Hector's memories. In "Tricky Ricardo", he tricks Ricardo into thinking that he is working for Strepfinger, but in the end, Strepfinger gets stuck on one of the cotton balls and fell down the drain of the shower.
- General Malaise (Charlie Adler) - a bacterium who uses sugar to make the army of bacteria multiply. He also has evil plots to make Hector to eat sugar. In "Sugar Shock", General Malaise is making Hector eat sugar so that he can make the bacteria multiply. In "Journey to the Center of the Tooth", Malice is trying to give Hector cavities by making an army of himself, but in the end, he gets washed down the sink along with his copies.
- Smirch (Danny Bonaduce) - a germ that plans to make Hector get a zit. In "Street Up", he plans to make Hector get a zit before picture day, but in the end, the zit is removed from Hectors face.
- Nick O' Teen (Tim Curry) - a tobacco additive that plans to make Hector smoke. In "Smoked Out", Nicotine and his gang are planning to make Hector smoke.
- Scarlet Fever - a virus that makes Hector get a fever. Was transported along with Ozzy and Drix from Frank to Hector.
- Chief Maximus (Rob Paulsen) - the chief of the city of Christine (A girl that Hector likes) that teams up with the Pnemoniac.
- The Pneumoniac (Pat Fraley) - a germ who is planning to give Christine pneumonia "An Out of Body Experience parts 1 & 2".
- Sal Monella (Henry Winkler) - a gangster germ who is planning to poison Hector.
