Pablo ("Pol") Amat Escudé (born June 18, 1978 in Barcelona) is a field hockey player from Spain, who won the silver medal with his national team at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia.
The striker won his first major title with the Spaniards at the 2004 Champions Trophy in Lahore. Since the summer of 2005 he plays for the Dutch club Amsterdam.
