Trivia
- The episode title is a play on words to the phrase "taking a page from the past", which means using a past example to influence the present.
- When Leo yells the line "Get your butt down here you fetid worm from the bog of eternal stench!", it is in reference to the movie "Labrynth", in which there was a place called The Bog of Eternal Stench, and anyone who touched the bog would reek forever.
- We get to see Paige's adoptive parents and also learn that Paige could orb as a teenager, which is what saved her from the car crash that killed her adoptive parents.
- When we see Paige's 1994 bedroom, she has what appears to be a Bride of Chucky doll. The movie Bride of Chucky wasn't released until 1998, 4 years later.
- Phoebe agrees to marry Cole in this episode after almost marrying him while possessed by deranged spirits.
