Pan-Farsism

Pan-Farsism or Pan-Persianism is a political movement aimed at uniting the various Persian peoples into modern political states, closely related to Pan-Iranism. It has strongly opposed Pan-Turkism. Pan-Farsism is a form of ethnic nationalism. The most important obstacle in the theories of Pan-Farsists is the huge number of people from other ethnics in the mentioned countries. They try to solve this problem by asssimilation of others.
