Paolo Acerbis (born May 5, 1981, in Clusone, Italy) is an Italian football player, who is currently the reserve goalkeeper for Livorno of Serie A. He joined the Tuscan team in January 2006 from Albinoleffe, of which he was one of the key players.

He wears the #19 jersey for Livorno.
