Park Island

Park Island (珀麗灣) is a private housing estate on Ma Wan, Hong Kong. It was developed by Sun Hung Kai Property Limited.
Although the developer promised there would be a theme park along the development of the estate, it is unlikely to be built. Modeled after Discovery Bay, no automobiles can be driven on Park Island. Residents mainly commute via ferry.
