Pasadena High School (PHS) is a four year comprehensive secondary school located in Pasadena, California. The school was first established in the late 1880s. [link]
Approximately 2900 culturally diverse students attend each year. The student body is made up of 48% Latino/Hispanic, 25% African-American, 24% are Caucasian (or "Other"), and 3% is Asian or Pacific-Islander.
PHS is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

- Michael Cooper, 1974, basketball player with the Los Angeles Lakers, coach of the Albuquerque Thunderbirds.
- Bob Eubanks, TV personality.
- Michael Holton, basketball player, born August 4 1961. Played 6 seasons in the NBA.
- Chris McAlister, 1995, Played cornerback for the Arizona Wild Cats. Currently playing for the Baltimore Ravens.
- Alex Van Halen, member of rock band Van Halen.
- Eddie Van Halen, founding member of Van Halen.
