Patricia Anderson (born June 6, 1966) was elected the 17th State Auditor of Minnesota in 2002. Prior to this she served as mayor of Eagan, Minnesota. Anderson is up for reelection in 2006, and her main opponent is DFLer Rebecca Otto. Before entering politics she was a successful businesswoman, and she earned an education from the University of Minnesota and later an M.A. in Public Administration from Hamline University.
