Patricia 'Pat' Fearing is the shapely, blonde, brown-eyed nurse who looks over James Bond (played by Sean Connery) while he's at her health clinic in Thunderball.
At first, she rejects Bond's advances. He is then nearly killed on a motorized rack; in response, she first leads him to the clinic's steam room and then asks him not to complain about it, as she would be fired. Bond responds that he would be silent for a price. Fearing then joins Bond in the steam room, where she disrobes and makes love to Bond.
The scene picks up with Bond giving a mostly disrobed Fearing a massage with a mink glove, saying that mink "reduces the tension." Fearing responds, "Not mine."
