Payakumbuh

Payakumbuh is a city north-east of Bukittinggi (West Sumatra), Indonesia. It has an area of 80.43 km² and a population of over 99,300 people. Payakumbuh is very famous with its flying duck race and uniques foods like gelamai, the sweet coconut palm sugared snack.
Bendi is one of its classic natural transportation which is environmental friendly. Bendi will be run by a horse where the driver will sit in the back of running horse in the square cabin like small car. The cabin has the roof and side cover in every side when it rains. It uses two non wooden rubber big wheels.
Payakumbuh produces wide range of agriculture product like rice, milk, cattle, palm sugar etc.
