Introduction

Pear Cable, is a high fidelity audio cable company specializing in cables for home audio and car audio.

History

Pear Cable was founded in 2004 with the introduction of a high end audio interconnect utilizing solid gold as the conducting material. Since then, the company has also entered the car audio market with a line of high end cables.

Pear Cable products focus primarily on sonic accuracy. This goal differs from many cable companies in high end audio who focus on modifying the sound to be "pleasing", which is not the same thing as accuracy.

Pear Cable was the first company to introduce a car audio cable that significantly reduces noise generated by the triboelectric effect.
