Pelswick

Pelswick is a 2000 animated television series produced by Nelvana for the Nickelodeon cable channel. It aired in Canada on the CBC and was also in association with Alphanim and Media World. The series, about a teenage boy who uses a wheelchair, emphasized how he lived a normal life and was based on the books created by John Callahan. Currently, it is no longer airing. FUNimation, a DVD distributor for the US, considered releasing Pelswick on DVD in 2004, but the plan fell through due to a low fan base.

- Pelswick Eggert - A 13 year old who is in a wheelchair.
- Ace and Goon - Pelswick's friends.
- Julie - The girl who Pelswick has a crush on.
- Sandrah - Julie's best friend and often rival.
- Mr. Jimmy - Pelswick's strange guardian angel, invisible to all others.
- Quentin - Pelswick, Kate, and Bobby's dad.
- Kate - Pelswick's sister.
- Bobby - Peslwick and Kate's little brother.
- Mirlyon - Pelswick, Kate, and Bobby's mom who was killed in the same automobile accident that crippled Pelswick.
- Gram-Gram - Pelswick, Kate, and Bobby's grandmother.
- Boyd - The bully of Pelswicks school.
- Nick & Joe - Boyd's friends.
