Peralta Hills is a wealthy community located in the Anaheim Hills area of western Anaheim, California. Like most Anaheim Hills communities, this one is wealthy, and homes average nearly $2.5 million in their value ranges. Most of these estates boast nearly an acre or more of prime real estate. In all the community has approximately 1,400 homes and 6,000 residents, or about 9% of Anaheim Hills' 53,997 residents live in this community. It is the most noteworthy of the Anaheim Hills collection of estate mansion homes, and was the first Anaheim Hills estate community created in the late 1970's.
