Percy Herbert Mills (1890-1968) was an English politician.

He was created as a baronet in 1952 and Baron Mills of Studley in 1957. He served as Minister Without Portfolio in the Macmillan Government. Following his departure from the Cabinet (after the "Night of the Long Knives") he became the 1st Viscount Mills of Kensington in 1962.
