Phillip Rhys

Phillip Rhys (born June 14 1974) is a British - American actor.

He played Proto Zoa in the Zenon Disney Channel Original Movies.

Along with some secondary roles in television and film, Rhys is well known to television audiences for his recurring guest roles on Nip/Tuck and 24. In the former, Rhys played Jude, a handsome student who became infatuated with Julia McNamara (Joely Richardson) and came to represent for her things that she couldn't have.

Warning: Season 2 spoiler! In 24, Rhys played Reza Naiyeer. Initially, through the eyes of Kate Warner (Sarah Wynter), viewers suspected Reza to be a terrorist, until it was revealed that his fiancee Marie (Laura Harris) was the terrorist. She killed Reza upon his learning of it.
