Pickup or pick-up may refer to:
- Pickup (music), a device which detects vibrations from music instruments
- a phonograph pickup, or magnetic cartridge, used for the playback of gramophone records
- Pickup truck, a light truck with an open-top rear cargo area.
- "Pickup", a scene which is filmed after the main production of a film has finished and which will be edited into the rest (see film theory)
- The act of attracting another person for a date or sexual encounter (see seduction)
- Shih-Te, the Zen Chinese poet
- Pickup (movie), the title of a French movie directed by Lucia Sanchez
- Pick-up (gaming), a slang term that is commonly used in the context of video games.
