Plabe
Plabe is the place just above Tarturus in Greek mythology.* It is said to be the place for all the souls who committed sexual sins went, and prostitution is plentiful there because of the sins placed upon prostitutes.
The ruler of Plabe is (very redundantly:) Plabe. He is usually depicted as a large man with wavy black hair, neat mustache, and usually wearing little more than a loin cloth. He himself was first sent to Plabe by Zeus, as he was the world's first male prostitute, and deserved a punishment more severe than Tarterous. But, all the male gods got angry at Zeus and said that all people with a sexual sin deserved to go to Plabe, regardless of sex. Zeus made Plabe the leader of Plabe, thinking the punishment of being responsible for such heavy sinners was enough, looking over all of the sexual pleasure Plabe has gotten out of it.
