The Polish Volleyball League (Polska Liga Siatkowki, PLS) is the highest level of men's volleyball in Poland.

• 4. Skra Bełchatów
• 5. KP Polska Energia Sosnowiec
• 6. Mostostal-Azoty Kędzierzyn-Koźle
• 7. NKS Nysa
• 8. AZS Politechnika Warszawa
• 9. BBTS Siatkarz Original Bielsko-Biała
• 10. Hefra Gwardia Wrocław
• 11. Brandon

Season 2004/2005

The first 8 teams will play in PLS:

• KS Ivett Jastrzębie Borynia
• PZU AZS Olsztyn
• Pamapol AZS Częstochowa
• Skra Bełchatów
• KP Polska Energia Sosnowiec
• Mostostal-Azoty Kędzierzyn-Koźle
• NKS Nysa
• AZS Politechnika Warszawa

Last 2 teams are dropped from PLS (Seria A) to Seria B

• BBTS Siatkarz Original Bielsko-Biała
• Hefra Gwardia Wrocław

The winners of Seria B are promoted to PLS:

• Resovia Rzeszów
• Górnik Radlin
