Popatlal Secondary School is a Secondary School based in Tanga City, Tanzania. It offers both O-Level and A-Level education. It is a Private School. It is under the Tanga Secondary Education Society.

The school was opened by Late Mwalimu Julius K Nyerere. The longest serving headmaster was Mr Kulwant Chaudry.
