Porchesia or also known as Porchess Island, is an island off the coast of Syria and Lebanon. It is currently ruled by Lebanonese government. Languages spoken on Porchesia include Arabic, English, and Greek, while religions include Sunni Muslim. The biggest city on Porchesia is Sheikah. Porchesia currently has a population of 354,897, when in 1982 it had a population of 129,750.
