A posedown (or the posedown) is the term commonly used to describe a period during bodybuilding contests when contestants pull a variety of poses to demonstrate their physique and muscular development, often including all contestants on stage together attempting to 'out do' their fellow competitors.
A common or popular example of such a pose is the Most Muscular pose.
