Precision Air is a scheduled and charter airline based in Arusha in Tanzania. It operates scheduled air services between Arusha and Zanzibar and to 12 airports in Tanzania, together with flights to neighbouring Kenya. Its main base is Arusha Airport (ARK), with hubs at Dar es Salaam Airport (DAR) and Mwanza Airport (MWZ).

History
Precision Air was established in 1991 and started operations in 1994. It began as an air taxi company using light aircraft, but expanded to serve the growing tourist market. Scheduled services started in November 1999 in collaboration with Air Tanzania. Originally the airline was privately owned, but Kenya Airways bought a 49% stake. The remaining 51% was retained by Michael Ngaleku Shirima.

Precision Air operates the following services (at January 2005):
- Domestic scheduled destinations: Bukoba, Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Kigoma, Kilimanjaro, Mwanza, Shinyanga, Tabora and Zanzibar.
- International scheduled destinations: Mombasa and Nairobi.
