Priape

Priape is a privately held Canadian company that is headquartered in Montreal, Quebec. The company was founded in 1974, and has grown to be Canada’s largest gay retailer. Priape owns and operates a number of retail stores specializing in DVDs, books, clothing, leather, sex toys, and other products that appeal to the gay consumer.

Priape stores opened in Toronto, Ontario in 1998, Calgary, Alberta in 2004 and Vancouver, British Columbia in 2005. The company also operates Priape Wear, that sold t-shirts, jeans and other accessories and Priape Body for sexy underwear for men.

Priape is also a minority investor in Maleflixxx Television, a Canadian subscription cable channel offering gay porn programming.
