Qatar ExxonMobil Open

The Qatar ExxonMobil Open is tennis tournament held in the city of Doha, in the country of Qatar. The Qatar ExxonMobil Open is one of the first tennis tournaments of the year, held in the first full week of January. Held since 1993, both men's singles and double are held at the tournament.

In the final, 1st seed Roger Federer defeated 6th seed Ivan Ljubicic (6-3, 6-1) for his 23rd singles title, and took home $975,000 (USD). In doubles, Albert Costa and Rafael Nadal defeated Andrei Pavel and Mikhail Youzhny (6-3, 4-6, 6-3) for the title.
