Qi of Xia

King Qi of Xia is the second king of the Xia Dynasty.He probably ruled for nine or ten years.
He was the son of Yu the Great.
According to legend,Yu the Great married Nu Jiao and stayed at home for only three days before going back to stop a flood.Then while Yu was stopping and fixing the flood,Yu's wife had a son.Yu named the boy Qi.
After nine years,Yu finished fixing the flood and came home.Little Qi was very pleased and shot into his father's arms.
Later,after Yu died after 45 years of reign,Qi succeeded him and ruled nine years.Qi was very capable of being a ruler.
After Qi died, Tai Kang succeeded him as king.
