Qitaihe (Chinese: 七台河; pinyin: Qītáihé) is a prefecture-level city in Heilongjiang province of the People's Republic of China. The estimated population in 2002 was 361,700.

Coal mining is an important industry. Other major cities with coal mining within the province include Hegang.

Qitaihe began its development when mining started in 1958.
