R-400 Oka

The R-400 Oka was a mobile theatre ballistic missile deployed by the Soviet Union near the end of the Cold War. It was assigned the NATO reporting name SS-23 Spider and carried the GRAU index 9K714. The missile had a range of 500 km.
The Oka was used by the Soviet Union, as well as being exported to East Germany, Bulgaria, and Czechoslovakia.
