R.A.C.L.A.

R.A.C.L.A. is a Romanian hip hop band. It was founded in 1993 and they released their first album in 1995, which was one of the first in Romania. Their founding came after a big hip hop concert at the Europa Nova, the first hip hop TV channel in South Eastern Europe.
