R.L. Huggar (born Robert Lavelle Huggar April 2, 1977) in Minneapolis, MN is an African-American R&B singer most noted for being the frontman for the R&B group Next. And during mid-2002, Huggar released his only solo album, .
His track "Ghetto," was used in the motion picture Hardball.
