Ray Magliozzi

Raymond F. Magliozzi, younger brother to Tom Magliozzi, is a co-host of NPR's weekly radio show, Car Talk. He is a member of the class of 1972 of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
A Cambridge, Massachusetts native, Ray also spent a few years teaching science in Bennington, Vermont. He moved back to Cambridge and opened a do-it-yourself repair shop, named Hacker's Haven, with his brother. He and his wife Monique have two sons, and he spends the bulk of his time running the garage and working on the pair's radio show.
Some, especially Ray, point out that the bulk of the correct diagnoses and advice distributed by Car Talk are in fact produced by Ray. He is responsible for choosing, obfuscating and de-clarifying the weekly Puzzler.
