Ray Wise

Ray Wise (born 20 August, 1947 in Akron, Ohio, USA) is an American actor, best known for his role in Twin Peaks as Leland Palmer.
He made an appearance as Liko in the ' episode "Who Watches The Watchers?", and later played Arturis in the ' episode "Hope and Fear", and played Michael Dugan, President of the United States, in the computer real-time strategy games and its expansion Command & Conquer: Yuri's Revenge. He appeared as the demon Ludlow in The WB television series Charmed, for the episode "Lost and Bound". He also portrayed 1950s CBS News anchor Don Hollenbeck in Good Night, And Good Luck, a film written by, directed by, and starring George Clooney. He has briefly appeared on The West Wing as California governor Gabriel "Gabe" Tillman and is currently featured as Vice President Hal Gardner on the acclaimed FOX series 24.
After the end of the 5th season of 24, it seems likely Ray will reprise his role of Hal Gardner for the 6th season.
