For the town in France, see Raze, Haute-SaƓne.
Raze is a dance music group assembled by instrumentalist and producer Vaughan Mason. The group also contained vocalist Keith Thompson. They hit #1 on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in 1988 with "Break 4 Love." The song hit #1 on the dance chart again in 2001 when it was remade by Peter Rauhofer and the Pet Shop Boys under the name The Collaboration.

Raze is also a Christian pop group formed by Donnie Lewis (vocals), Ja'Marc (vocals), J.D. (vocals), and Mizzie (vocals). A relative one hit wonder, they released several albums: The Plan (2000), Power (1999), and That's The Way - EP (1999). Their most famous song is "Always and Forever" found on their premier album, Power. In 2001, one of the leaders of the group, Ja'Marc Davis, pleaded guilty to three felony sex charges, including including rape by instrumentation, lewd molestation and sodomy.
