- Bouenza (Madingou)
- Cuvette (Owando)
- Cuvette-Ouest (Ewo)
- Kouilou (Pointe-Noire)
- Lékoumou (Sibiti)
- Likouala (Impfondo)
- Niari (Loubomo)
- Plateaux (Djambala)
- Pool (Kinkala)
- Sangha (Ouésso)
These regions are subdivided into 46 districts.
