The Renaissance Academy is a Charter School in Los Angeles, California. It is currently located at 5431 West 98th Street in Westchester, 5 minutes from LAX, and across the street from a discreet Police Station housed in a vacated residential home. This Charter school has generated a great deal of controversy and struggle, mainly due to its fight for reasonable facilities. The most recent in West L.A. While many parties have criticised the school, including LAUSD, the parent district of the school, some of the remaining student body continue to adore the school, with many declaring it the greatest educational experience of their young lives. Others believe that this was their only option and remain because of this.

Note: This Renaissance Academy, located in Los Angeles, is not to be confused with the Renaissance Academy of La Canada, a K-12 school with a curriculum and philosophy of learning based on the teachings of Scientology Creator L. Ron Hubbard.
