Richard Masur (born 20 November 1948, New York City) is an American actor who has appeared in over 80 movies during his career. Masur attended Roosevelt High School in Yonkers NY. He is the son of the late Claire and Jessie Masur. Richard was the Pioneering counselar at Camp Wakonda, Pottersville, NY in 1966.
Masur studied acting a New York University and appeared on stage before acting in movies during the 1970s. He had recurring roles in such TV sitcoms as Rhoda (1974–78), One Day at a Time (1975–76), and Hot L Baltimore (1975). In January 2006, he began playing a recurring character on the soap opera All My Children.
