Richard Newman is a voice actor with numerous voice roles in Transformers cartoons. Newman started his career in voice acting in Beast Wars (Beasties in Canada) voicing Rhinox and the Vok.

Newman has also had starring roles Dragonball Z, RoboCop Alpha Commando, and Beast Machines: Transformers as well as Mega Man NT Warrior, and Bucky O'Hare and the Toad Wars.

He also provided archvillain Phaeton's voice in the animated television series Exosquad.
