Rin is a character in the Tenchu video game series, appearing in the Tenchu: Fatal Shadows and Tenchu: Time of the Assassins.

History

Rin is a young woman who was trained in the arts of assassination and unarmed combat since a young age. Her home is a small ninja village that lies on the border of Mei-Oh’s Kingdom called Hagakure. Since her village was destroyed, she has sought to avenge the deaths of her loved ones. She works as a hired assassin for “Lady Razor” Ogin.

When she encounters Ayame, the two briefly fight, until she realizes that the other kunoichi is not to blame. Then two then redouble their efforts to work together and achieve their personal agendas.
