Robert Cutler

Robert Cutler (1895 – 1974) was a U.S. administrator. He served as National Security Advisor between 1953 and 1955, and again from 1957 to 1958.
Robert Cutler was also refferenced by Cpl Phillip Corso in his book "The Day After Roswell", a book in which he claims that he helped disseminate technology harvested from the Roswell UFO crash.
