Robert Greenwald

Robert Greenwald (born August 28 1945 in New York, New York) is an American film director and producer.
Greenwald is often described as progressive and is closely aligned with Moveon.org. In his documentaries he has tackled some of the biggest subjects of the day, including the war in Iraq. His 2004 film, Outfoxed: Rupert Murdoch's War on Journalism, was described by Wired as "a unique sleeper hit". His previous films include Steal This Movie, about Abbie Hoffman.
Since May 2005 he has been a contributing blogger at The Huffington Post.
