Robert Warren played bass guitar in various Australian bands in both Brisbane and Sydney from 1985 to 2002, including - The Closest Thing, Dementia 13, The Egyptians, Sanity Assassins, The Reptile House, Mona Lisa Overdrive, Died Pretty, Lodestar, Hissy Fit, Mr Blonde, and Hawce.

In the late 1980s, he studied at Griffith University towards a degree in Humanities.

He has since retired to a quiet life of IT, still keeping his music alive by playing with a band in Brisbane.
