Rockwilder (born Dana Stinson) is an American hip hop and R&B record producer. A longtime friend of Def Jam rapper Redman, Rockwilder got his start producing album tracks on Redman's late-1990s LPs. In 1999, Rockwilder produced the hit Method Man & Redman single "Da Rockwilder", which launched him into the circle of star producers such as Timbaland and The Neptunes. He went on to craft hit records by other artists, including Jay-Z's "Do It Again" (1999), Busta Rhymes and Erykah Badu's "One" (1998) and De La Soul's "I.C. Y'all" (2000). He also went on to work with Janet Jackson (several album tracks on All for You) and Destiny's Child (the "Rockwilder Remix" of "Bootylicious"), and was the co-producer, with Missy Elliott, of the 2001 Christina Aguilera/Pink/Mya/Lil Kim cover of LaBelle's "Lady Marmalade" for the film Moulin Rouge! for which he received a Grammy Award. He also produced the song Dirrty for Christina Aguilera featuring Redman using the original beat he produced for Redman's song Let's Get Dirrty. Also in 2001 Rockwilder produced several tracks on Lisa "Lefteye" Lopes's Supernova LP. The songs include "Hot" & "Rags 2 riches".
Rockwilder has founded his own record/production company (Muzic Park Entertainment), who is launching its first act, Motown recording singer/songwriter Yummy Bingham (a signed artist and owning/producing partner in Muzic Park). In early 2006, Rockwilder went into the studio with R&B singer Brandy to record songs for her fifth studio release.
