Rosabeth Moss Kanter is a tenured professor in sociology at Harvard Business School. She has written numerous books on business management techniques, particularly change management. She also has a regular column in the Miami Herald. She is known for her classic study in 1977 about tokenism - how being in minority in a group can effect ones performance due to enhanced visibility and performance pressure.
Kanter was #11 in a 2000s survey of Top 50 Business Intellectuals by citation in several sources.
